Initial Visit:
Your first visit will last approximately one hour. During this time, your clinician will review your health history, discuss your wellness goals, and perform a neuromuscular exam. If your exam is clear, care can begin right away! Together, you’ll explore a care plan that best fits your needs—or your family's—to begin your journey toward optimal function.

Follow-Up Visits:
During follow-up sessions, your clinician may recommend therapeutic exercises and whole-food supplements to support your wellness goals. Sessions typically last up to 30 minutes. Each visit may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy/bodywork, and/or dry needling.
We do not work directly with any specific insurance company—and that’s what allows us to work with everyone. This approach gives us the flexibility to provide care that’s tailored to you, not limited by insurance policies.
For those who wish to seek reimbursement, we’re happy to provide Superbills that can be submitted to your insurance provider. We also offer flexible per-session rates and care packages designed to make wellness accessible for individuals and families.
We offer per-session rates and care packages that can be shared among loved ones. For larger packages, we also provide convenient monthly payment plans to help make care more accessible.
Many of our clients use their Flex Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Care Credit to support the care they value. All options will be reviewed with you during your initial visit!
